Why don't you provide a pre-order serviceUpdated a year ago

We are really sorry we don't give the option to place pre-orders or hold items until they come back into stock.

The main reason for this is we're the manufacturer (we have to make all our products from scratch, we cannot call off stock from a warehouse)

This means that sometimes due to the nature of manufacturing (especially in these times) deliveries can arrive much later than expected.

This is not common but does happen, there are so many things that can delay a delivery by a few weeks or more from the boxes not arriving on time, to any of the components like outsoles, laces, uppers to issues with the shipment from Portugal or Italy to our distribution centre in the UK.

Because of this we prefer not to hold onto any payments if we don't have the stock in our warehouse to ship out straight away.

We really appreciate this is frustrating, and it would be easier if we did this, it is just that we don't want to hold onto your money, or create stress if we have your money and there's a delay.
