Will's Vegan Store EU

We ship on weekdays, usually within 48 hours of placing your order.

All orders ship from our Netherlands warehouse based in Rijen.

We use DHL Parcel to deliver our parcels.

We can deliver to any address, including your home, Packstation or work.

When your order ships, we will let you know by email with a tracking number.

For your peace of mind, all our deliveries are insured, and we will always replace or refund your delivery if there is a problem.

Like everything we make and do, our deliveries and returns are certified carbon-neutral.
There are no duties, fees or charges to pay for any EU deliveries. 

Returns also go back to our Netherlands warehouse. 

For deliveries to Switzerland and Norway as they are outside the EU you will likely be charged vat and duty to receive your parcel.

We provide 365 days of free returns and exchanges. 

Our service is paper-free. You don't need a returns form.

If you have a quality problem, we may ask that you don't make a return to save on waste and co2 creation.

For most return locations, you will not need a printer.

You can exchange your order free of charge as often as you need.

We will usually make an exchange or refund a few days after you have given your parcel to the return courier.

Returns are sent to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Please return the item to us in the same condition it was sent to you. We cannot accept returns with visible wear marks unless there is a problem with their quality.
We suggest trying on your purchase at home before wearing it out.

For your peace of mind, we will always refund, replace or try to repair your purchase if you are unhappy at any point.

We use high-quality vegan leathers and suedes to make our footwear. You should find your purchase requires little attention to keep looking as good as new.

Our vegan footwear does not spoil or stain when it gets wet. It performs well in wet and muddy conditions. Unlike leather or suede, our materials do not spoil or mark even when in contact with road salt and snow slush in winter.
