Can I get my footwear repairedUpdated a year ago

Right now, we do not offer any repairs for our footwear.

We have found that most cobblers can work repairing our footwear.

Parts of a shoe you can get replaced include:

Outsole

• Most of our footwear is made from mounted construction. This means that it is harder to replace the outsoles though it is possible to do so on some models depending on the style cobbler you take them to. Sometimes it is not possible to replace an outsole because of the style. It is best to check directly with your local cobbler to see if this is something they can do.
• Sometimes an outsole can be repaired by having a patch applied to it, to cover any wearing or damage.
• Heel caps can also be applied (for example, with court shoes or dress shoes)
• All of our Goodyear Welted styles can have their outsoles easily replaced. You can easily re-sole our Goodyear welted models at any good cobbler. They are made using a solid rubber outsole which is a commonly stocked item. 

Insole

You can only remove and replace the insoles on our WVSport products. On our other products our insoles cannot be removed or replaced, but you can overlay a new insole on top of the existing insole.

Laces

If your laces have broken, we can provide free of charge replacements.
