We ship on weekdays, usually within 48 hours of placing your order. All orders ship from our Netherlands warehouse based in Rijen. We use DHL Parcel to deliver our parcels. When your order ships, we will let you know by email with a tracking number.
For deliveries to the UK, EU, US and Australia you will not have to pay import duty. For deliveries to other countries including Canada it is likely you will be billed customs charges in order to receive your parcel. The duty is paid to the governmen

We can deliver to your home address, work address or any address that is convenient for you. We can deliver to a Packstation address with DHL Parcel for deliveries to Germany.
